Digital delivery only

Lumena Care sells digital guides. There is no physical shipment and no shipping cost at any time, and nothing is mailed to you.

How you receive your guide

After your payment is approved, a download link is sent automatically to the email address you entered at checkout, normally within a few minutes. The link is also shown on the order confirmation page, so you can download your files right away.

Format and access

Our guides are delivered as PDF files you can read on a computer, phone or tablet. No physical item, subscription or special software is required.

If your delivery email does not arrive

Check your spam, promotions and junk folders first, and confirm the email address used at checkout. If you still cannot find it, contact contact@lumena-care.shop with your order number and we will resend your files.

Wrong email address

Please confirm your email address before submitting an order. If you entered it incorrectly, contact us and we will resend the delivery to the correct address at no cost.
